activity & instructions

1. Read each scent card aloud: Lavender, Pine, Rosemary, Mint, Orange, Basil, Rose, Vanilla.
2. Offer each scent to smell if available.
3. Invite participants to choose a favorite and share a memory.

Facilitator tips

Offer each oil on a cotton ball before choosing. Use this sheet before beginning Aromatherapy Stones.
